* We Provide References upon Request.
 
* We do not have Liability Insurance.

* We require a 50% Deposit at the time of  Booking, balance due 2 week prior of ceremony. Deposit will be lost if payment of balance is not made by agreed date.

* Clients should Book Services As Soon As Possible to Attain Chosen Date.

* Ceremonies available in English, Spanish, Italian, French, and Portuguese.

* We Do Not Require or Provide Pre-Marital Counseling.

* We Allow Couple to Customize parts of the Ceremony(Please see Packages).

* We perform Weddings in 5 NYC Boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, CT and NJ.

* Ceremonies Must start at the Agreed Time, Otherwise there will be a $50 Surcharge for each 15 minutes of Delay from Agreed Time.

* Ceremony Package Prices are based on Manhattan Location, Additional Fees will be Based on Distance, Travel Time, Tolls and Any Other Fees Paid to Access Location.

* Legal Concierge Services are a Referral Service that  Eternal-Love Weddings provide to our customers, We are Not a Law Firm, We Partner with the VanBoekel Law Firm to provide those services.

*We Accept  Cash/Checks/Money Orders.

* All Fees are Non-Refundable.
