	Initial consultation with couple to Reserve time,date and location/venue and pay Deposit. Discuss ceremony styles and learn couple's story to develop the ceremony.
	Confirm details with couple 1-2 weeks before day of ceremony. Confirm with other vendors if necessary.
	Day of: Arrive 30 minutes before ceremony start, get balance of payment in full. Meet with couple and witnesses. Fill out first part of license. Officiate ceremony. Couple and witnesses sign the license. officiant signs and certifies license. Photo Op with couple/Witnesses during signatures, and with couple after.
	Review details of next steps with couple to return license back to City Clerk. What to expect/timeline.
	Follow-up with couple for customer satisfaction feedback.
